My experience on the Lakeland Dairies’ Graduate has been incredible. I get to work on a range of projects from a technical and commercial perspective with different R&D teams. Working across two sites has allowed me to collaborate with a variety of team members and expand my expertise working on projects. I have also participated in graduate fairs and attend the Food Ingredients Europe conference in Frankfurt. My upcoming rotations will allow me to test out new responsibilities in various teams within the business, which I am very excited for!
