An Ingredient superstar!

Butter is a key ingredient for chefs and bakers across the globe.

Butter can be used as a spread, a condiment as well as in cooking, baking and frying. It adds flavour and creaminess to foods, richness to sauces, and can help balance strong acidic foods like tomato sauces or  heavy lemon hollandaise sauces

Chef Otto Jurscha

Did you Know? Butter is one of the most highly concentrated forms of fluid milk. An average of twenty litres of whole milk are needed to produce one kilogram of butter!
