• Examiners are successful Chefs, commited to supporting the next generation of chefs
• A demanding 85% pass mark is required
• Established for over 20 years, with a reputation for accelerating the careers of talented young chefs
• Alumni have earned some of the UK's most respected culinary titles including winning Michelin stars

Throughout the examination process candidates work with Lakeland Dairies Butters and Creams to produce their amazing dishes.
