Method

  1. Place the Millac Gold Single, garlic, lemon thyme and seasoning in a heavy bottomed pan on the stove and bring to the boil.
  2. Remove from the heat and stir in the cheddar cheese.
  3. Pass through a fine chinoise.
  4. Peel and slice the potatoes.
  5. Layer the potato slices in a serving dish, covering each layer with the smoked garlic cream.
  6. Bake in a hot oven at 180°C for 45 minutes.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
