Method

  1. Whisk Lakeland Dairies Real Dairy Whipping Cream to soft peaks and fold in the dried lavender and caster sugar.
  2. Place into a piping bag and fill each choux bun with the lavender cream.
  3. Dust the choux buns with a little icing sugar and serve with extra lavender cream.
  4. Garnish the plate with the lavender flower.
