10g dried lavender

200g caster sugar

60 small choux buns

icing sugar

10g lavender flower
Method
- Whisk Lakeland Dairies Real Dairy Whipping Cream to soft peaks and fold in the dried lavender and caster sugar.
- Place into a piping bag and fill each choux bun with the lavender cream.
- Dust the choux buns with a little icing sugar and serve with extra lavender cream.
- Garnish the plate with the lavender flower.
