Ingredients:
- 400g fresh strawberrys, roughly chopped + 2 whole strawberrys for garnish
- 500ml Ballyrashane semi-skimmed milk
- 4 scoops vanilla ice cream
Method:
- Add the strawberries and milk to a blender along with the ice cream, and blend until smooth.
- Strain through a sieve to remove the strawberry seeds, and pour into 2 glasses and top with extra strawberries to serve.
